I’ve now been training under Tom’s guidance for 8 months, since then I have lost 5% of body fat, put on muscle and got a lot stronger and now look forward to every session. Online Strength Coaching – How It Works
You’ve decided you want prioritise your fitness and to take your weight training to the next level. Click get started below and fill in the online questionnaire, which will take 5-10 mins. I will then contacted via email to book your no obligation consultation.
Then we will discuss your goals and how I can help you achieve them, this will take 10-20 mins. If you’re then happy, we select the appropriate package for you and proceed with a secure payment.
3. Your Training Plan
After your consultation, (within the next 3-4 days) you’ll receive your training plan (a phase a month), with macro-nutrient and calorie targets where applicable.
Finally, with the online templates provided I can check in to regularly monitor your training and workload, to keep you on track with your goals. Furthermore, video analysis is available to make sure your lifting technique is correct. You will also have weekly support and feedback via Skype and email.
